We are currently seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Support Representative, where you will play a crucial role in ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction for our valued clients.
Responsibilities
- Communicate with customers by WhatsApp and Direct Message
- Answer question
- Provide information of product knowledge
- Take, enter and process orders
- Collaborate with internal teams
- Provide post sale support
- Troubleshoot issues and complaints as they arise
- Escalate complex issues as necessary
- Enter and process warranty claims
- Authorize product returns
Qualifications
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree of any major from reputable university
- At least 1 year experience in related field
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Positive and solution focused, conscientious work ethic, and a team player
- Effective time management skills
