Staff Acccounting and Tax English Proficiency

Job Description

Responsible for handling daily accounting and tax activities, financial reporting, tax administration, and ensuring compliance with applicable accounting and tax regulations.

Salary Range

Rp5.500.000 – Rp10.000.000

Responsibilities
  • Record all company financial transactions accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Prepare journal entries, cash and bank reports, and monthly financial statements.
  • Perform bank reconciliations and ensure financial balances match accounting records.
  • Manage tax administration, including the calculation, payment, and reporting of taxes (PPh 21, PPh 23, PPh 25, PPh 4(2), and VAT). 
  • Prepare, maintain, and archive tax documents and supporting schedules. 
  • Submit tax reports through Coretax, e-Faktur, e-Bupot, and other relevant tax systems.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and tax regulations. 
  • Coordinate with tax consultants, auditors, and tax authorities when necessary. 
  • Assist in internal and external audit processes.
  • Maintain the confidentiality of all company financial and tax information.
  • Support management with financial data analysis and reporting.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Taxation, Finance, or related field.
  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience in Accounting & Tax. 
  • Good understanding of Indonesian accounting principles and tax regulations. 
  • Familiar with Coretax, e-Faktur, and e-Bupot.
  • Good knowledge of accounting cycles, financial reporting, and bank reconciliation. 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office. 
  • Brevet A & B or other accounting/tax certification is a plus. 
  • Detail-oriented, responsible, analytical, and able to work independently. 
  • Good communication and teamwork skills. 
  • Able to communicate in English. 
  • Mandarin proficiency is a plus.

Job Description

Manage tax advisory and accounting services for client companies, lead the finance and tax team, ensure tax compliance, provide tax planning and advisory, and maintain good relationships with clients and tax authorities.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the team in handling monthly, quarterly, and annual tax declarations for clients.
  • Review and ensure the accuracy and compliance of clients’ tax filings.
  • Provide tax planning, risk assessment, and compliance recommendations.
  • Assist clients with tax audits, tax inspections, disputes, and communication with tax authorities. 
  • Oversee clients’ full accounting processes, including voucher review, accounting records, and financial statement preparation.
  • Ensure financial statements comply with Indonesian Accounting Standards.
  • Analyze changes in Indonesian tax and accounting regulations and provide appropriate advice to clients.
  • Assist in developing and improving clients’ financial internal control systems.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, or a related field. 
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Finance & Tax, Accounting, or a similar managerial/supervisory role. 
  • Fluent Mandarin/Chinese is mandatory and must be suitable for daily business communication.
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations and accounting standards. 
  • Able to independently handle tax planning, tax compliance, and tax reporting. 
  • Experience handling full-cycle accounting and financial reporting. 
  • Experience with tax audits and tax authority inspections.

  • Provide daily Mandarin-Indonesian translation and communication support.
  • Assist in coordinating and managing the finance and tax team. 
  • Contact clients monthly to collect documents required for tax and accounting reporting.
  • Ensure client documents are complete, accurate, and submitted on time.
  • Coordinate communication between clients and the internal finance and tax team. 
  • Follow up on project and tax reporting progress.
  • Inform clients about tax filing results and project updates. 
  • Handle daily business communication with Chinese-speaking clients and accurately communicate their needs to the internal team.

Qualifications
